Verified result
Every number, sourced. When we report performance, it is traceable to an identifiable source.
An estimate presented as an outcome.
[Metric] changed by [value] over [period], verified against [source].
Claims should be understandable, attributable and defensible. We connect results to evidence, define targets clearly, and design measurement before claiming success.
Qonver has not yet published client results. This is the standard we are committing to from day one, and the one you can hold us to from the first conversation.
Growth services are full of numbers that can't be checked: percentages without a period, results without a source, and demonstrations presented as client work. Buyers have learned to discount them, and they're right to.
We would rather publish fewer numbers that hold up than more numbers that don't. A number attached to a source is proof. That is the only kind we publish.
Reliable data from approved sources: GA4, ad platforms, CRM, or your own approved business data. If a number has no identifiable source, it isn't reported.
Clear metrics and reference points agreed before an engagement begins: what each metric means, how it is calculated, over what period, and against what baseline.
Every reported figure is traceable to its source, so anyone with access can check it. Traceable, transparent and defensible, or it isn't published.
Any figure in a Qonver proposal, report, presentation or public material falls into one of three categories, and is labelled as such.
Every number, sourced. When we report performance, it is traceable to an identifiable source.
An estimate presented as an outcome.
[Metric] changed by [value] over [period], verified against [source].
Clearly labelled as a target. Objectives and benchmarks are agreed before work begins. They guide the work and are never presented as results already achieved.
A result claimed in advance.
Benchmark target for [metric] within [period]. Not a result.
Never disguised as a case study. Where we show our process or a sample system, it is identified as a demonstration, not implied to be a completed client engagement.
A demonstration placed alongside client work without a label.
Demonstration system. Sample data. Not a client engagement.
| Source | Typically used for |
|---|---|
| GA4 and site analytics | Traffic, behaviour, on-site conversions |
| Ad platforms | Spend, reach, platform-attributed conversions |
| CRM | Leads, opportunities, pipeline, closed revenue |
| Your approved business data | Sales, orders, margin and other figures only you hold |
Where sources disagree — for example, an ad platform and the CRM counting different conversions — we report the difference and explain it, rather than choosing the more flattering number.
There are no client results on this site because none have been published yet. When they are, each will show its metric, period, source and client permission. Anything presented as a demonstration will be labelled as one.
Results belong to the organisations and teams that produced them. We will publish Qonver results, with permission and sources, as they are delivered.
No. We agree targets, label them as targets, and report against them with sourced data.
Yes. Every figure in a Qonver report can be traced to the system it came from.
Understandable. Attributable. Defensible.
Every engagement begins by understanding your current system before recommending the future one. Tell us where growth feels disconnected.
