6. International transfers
Our team and service providers may process personal data outside the country where you live, including in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, the European Union and the United States. When personal data is transferred across borders, we do so only as the applicable data protection law allows, for example under an adequacy decision, appropriate contractual safeguards or your consent.

When we no longer need personal data, we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. How we protect it
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to authorised people, protection against spam and repeated submissions, and service providers bound by confidentiality. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data, and we will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is collected and used;
- access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
- ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- ask us to delete personal data we no longer need;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before;
- object to or restrict certain processing, and receive your data in a structured, commonly used format, where the law gives you these rights.
To exercise a right, email us at info@qonvergrowth.com.
We may need to confirm your identity first. We will reply within 30 days, or sooner if the law requires.
You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live: the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) in Saudi Arabia, the UAE Data Office in the United Arab Emirates, or the Personal Data Protection Center in Egypt. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
